THIRD ANNUAL CYSTIC FIBROSIS PAINTBALL EVENT TO BE HELD SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2006

“Aiming for a Cure: The P&J Paintball Fundraiser"

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is holding its third annual paintball event at West End Paintball in Leicester, Massachusetts. This event is designed to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis research while giving fund raisers a fun day of paintball. 

Each participant plays for free if they collect a minimum of just $50.00 from sponsors. The first 150 participants who collect $100 or more will get a free t-shirt.  This is a prepaid event. Bring the money you collect from your sponsors with you to the event.

Would you like to help?  Get a registration form by downloading it here and printing it.  Then collect donations from sponsors of at least $50.00 and bring the donations to the paintball event at West End Paintball in Leicester, MA.  You will get to play paintball at the event for FREE!  If you do not have paintball equipment you can rent it there.

The gates will open at 9:00am and the first game will start at 10:00am. We will be playing in the woods among the forts and bunkers and we are expecting over 200 players so come prepared for an exciting day of paintball action.  If you were at last year’s event you know how much fun we had then.  If you have never been to the field be prepared for a field that has two-story forts and bunkers and is ready for action. Plus we will be adding some new obstacles to make it more interesting for everyone.

To play at West End Paintball you will need to complete a Release of Liability form (available at www.westendpaintball.com).  Other conditions apply including but not limited to (1) you must be at least 10 years of age to play paintball at West End, (2) you must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release form if you are under 18, (3) only field paint is allowed for this event.

All net proceeds are forwarded to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  For more information about Cystic Fibrosis go to www.cff.org/home/  West End Paintball and X Fire Paintball donate the use of the West End Paintball Field to the Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser.  The X Fire Paintball staff volunteers its support to the fundraiser.  Additionally X Fire Teams provide volunteer referees and support staff for the event.
